Use these placeholders and they auto-fill per venue:

{instagram}. The {detail} is the personal hook you set on each venue.
For pitching to perform at events. Placeholders:

{sender} {instagram}.
The gentle nudge sent when you press Load follow-up message on a venue/event you emailed a week ago that hasn't replied. Same placeholders as the templates above.
Checking email setup…
Sending uses the email account set up in your booking admin (Settings > Email notifications). Reply tracking reads your inbox to spot replies from venues and mark them Responded automatically. It's read-only: it never marks your mail as read or deletes anything.
Upload your promo pack (PDF works best) once here, then tick it on when you send an email. Keep files small (under ~10MB) so they don't bounce.
